Rental rates
A 1-day rate, plus each product's extra-day rate from day 2.

Prices exclude VAT.
Rental total = day rate + extra-day rate × (days − 1)
Each product's extra-day rate is shown in its price table.
Your choice of legs (casters or leveling feet) and DP Stand belt changes the day rate, and the quote request calculates it instantly.

Payment · Tax invoices

| Rental payment | After you accept the quote, pay the total by bank transfer or the payment link we send. Your booking is then confirmed. No deposit is required. |
| Purchase payment | Request an invoice on the site and we'll email it to you. About 2 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. |
| Quote validity | 7 days from the send date. Stock is confirmed in order of payment, so we recheck after that. |
| Tax invoice | Add your business details to the quote request and we'll email a tax invoice once payment is confirmed. For card payments, the card receipt is your proof of payment, so no separate tax invoice is issued. |

Cancellation · Refunds · Damage
Rental cancellation fees Based on setup date (rental start)

- Cancellation fees are based on the setup date in your quote request, which also appears on the quote. This applies even if you set up the day before the event.
- Once payment confirms the contract, items, quantities and dates can't change. Reductions follow the fees above. Additions need a new quote, if stock allows.
- Shipping and labor already incurred may be charged at cost. For force majeure, such as natural disasters or venue closures, we'll agree on a new date or a refund with no fee.
- If an item is wrong or defective, send us photos right away. We'll replace it or repair it on site, or refund that item's rental fee if we can't.
- Loss is charged at product value. Damage caused by the renter is charged at repair cost or product value. Normal wear isn't charged. We take photos at pickup and return for settlement.
- Late returns incur the extra-day rate for each day.
Purchases
- You can withdraw your order (return) within 7 days of receipt. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Items whose value dropped from use, or items made to your request (custom builds, etc.), may not be returnable. We'll tell you and get your consent before you order.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return (card refunds may take 3 to 5 more days, depending on the issuer).
Shipping abroad
International orders ship by FedEx, billed at cost.
